FAQs
When will I receive my order?
Our deliveries typically arrive within 1-4 business days, but rest assured, we're committed to getting your Beany products to you as swiftly as possible. As a startup, we're continually looking to enhance our delivery efficiency.
Information on our tracking system is available at check out so you can track the progress of your Beany's. You will also receive text updates for an approximate ETA.
What are your postage charges?
We know our £6.50 postal charge is a bit higher than average, but keeping your food perfectly frozen is no easy task! We want to ensure that your food arrives in top condition, so the extra cost goes towards maintaining that frosty perfection from our door to yours. Thanks for your understanding and support!
What if I'm not at home to receive my order?
You should receive a text with an approximate time slot for the Beany arrival!
You do not need to be in to receive your order; it will be left in the safe place you advised during the checkout process.
Our dry ice will keep your products frozen; however, make sure you put your Beany products straight in the freezer as soon as you get them and don't forget to cook from frozen!
How do you maintain frozen temperatures during transit?
We use 100% biodegradable and soluble gel packs with a thick formula to maintain frozen temperatures for as long as possible during transit. Our specially designed boxes feature a low-density polyethylene insulator that minimises air gaps and helps lock in the cold temperature. Please note that your Beany Products will not arrive rock-solid frozen and should be placed in the freezer as soon as they arrive.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we only deliver to the UK mainland, but we are working on delivering to the rest of the UK soon.
If you have a query about delivery, please contact us at hello@beanyproducts.com, and we can advise accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We are UK mainland bound for now while we get things up and running. But watch this space! We have high hopes for the future!
How do you deliver my Beany products?
We have partnered with FedEx. They collect your Beany parcels from our hub in Scotland and deliver them to your doorstep.
Is your e-commerce website secure?

Sustainability
At Beany, we're committed to being an innovative, responsible business that leads by example. We firmly believe in the power of small changes that collectively make a big impact! Our passion is to serve our communities, support our suppliers and continue nurturing our planet.
The majority of our packaging materials are made from sustainable sources and are 100% curb side recyclable.
Ingredients
We strive to source the finest ingredients; all our beans are organically sourced from ethical suppliers. In the future, we aspire to source our beans directly from farmers.
Your support in fulfilling our dreams and aspirations means we are on the journey together!
Fun fact: we grow our own herbs and seasonal vegetables for Beany! :)
Why Beans?
Beans are a true dominator! They are the ultimate superfood that provides a rich source of protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals while being environmentally sustainable. By using a variety of beans in our products, we enhance flavours, ensure diverse nutritional benefits, and support eco-friendly farming practices. Beans are excellent for both personal health and the health of our planet.
Why are there so many "may contain" allergens in your allergy section?
We include a comprehensive "may contain" allergens section on our packaging because we currently produce our products in a shared commercial kitchen facility. Despite our rigorous and routine risk management practices to prevent cross-contamination, there remains a small risk that traces of allergens might inadvertently come into contact with our products. This precautionary labelling is essential to ensure the safety of our customers with severe allergies. As a startup, we understand the importance of transparency and prioritising customer safety. While we aspire to have our own dedicated kitchen as Beany grows, starting in a shared facility has allowed us to bring our nutritious products to market swiftly.
Packaging
We are committed to achieving 100% recyclable packaging, but currently, our pouches are not recyclable. As a startup, we are prioritising the costs associated with recyclable packaging. However, our delivery packaging is curb side recyclable! You can simply place the white insulator in the orange recycle bin, and the box, along with the gel packets (once the solution has been poured down the sink), can go in the blue recycle bin.
Certifications
Securing relevant certifications is among our top priorities as we embark on our startup journey. We are well and truly working on it!
